DietIDdietitian Try placing fresh rinsed leaves between sheets of damp paper towels or tucked between the fold of a large damp tea towel. Store in the refrigerator. The jar trick might work better if you cover it...

Ok not the healthiest, but my son loved making these mini donuts or “gulab jamun” with his grandma.
Getting him excited about cooking has really helped him take ownership of his own healthy eating habits.

When I’m craving sweets, I do this instead!
Pitted dates, a dollop of unsalted peanut butter, and a dash of cinnamon. The kids will eat these “date boats” for dessert too!

allhatsoff2yu I grew up eating dates with peanut butter from the time I was about nine years old. Still a favorite sweet treat and my grandkids love it as well!
