Udi I was recently taught how to do this by my girlfriend and it blew my mind. Really tastes delicious. Excellent use for those bananas you forget about and get a bit too ripe. Throw 'em in the freezer...

annefood So happy you tried it @Lazy_Nash ! So good, right?! I love adding a spoonful of nut butter or topping it with toasted pecans or almonds and some toasted unsweetened coconut flakes. The BEST dessert.

melaniegong Hi Rachna! No, there's no artificial sweeteners. We use monk fruit juice to sweeten it. It has zero calorie and doesn't cause tooth decay :)
