Papaya and Peach Pureed Porridge with Pomegranates and Pfigs (hehe) Say that 10 times fast! Cream of buckwheat with pureed fruit topped with roasted figs, skyr and gluten-free granola (on the blog)...

A new way to use prunes! Simmered them in earl grey tea, ginger root and ground cloves. And then topped sourdough toast, banana and skyr with them! And guess what- the bread and skyr are probiotic ...

JenniferEmilson I usually do a whole batch, using enough water (or orange juice) to let them simmer and let them plump up and still have enough liquid to reduce to a lovely syrup. It keeps well in the fridge....
