Vietnamese coffee.

In Da Lat, Vietnam, the beans grow here, are hand sorted and roasted. The weather is constantly changing hourly so it's always giving the beans a unique flavor. The above picture is La Viet Coffee Cafe. Production happens in the background, so while you are enjoying your brew you get a full tour of he facility. Personally I go for cold brews, since they take the longest to make and you can really taste the flavor of the bean. I would say that Vietnamese coffee is more on the dark roast side, which I personally really enjoy. It's strong. Everyday I've been getting iced coffees off the street which I think are almost equivalent of a mocha. Coffee goes on the bottom, then ice, sweetened condensed milk, and a bit of chocolate sauce on top........ It's amazing. I can't tell if it's the coffee or the jet-lag as to why I am awake at a weird hour writing this. Anyways, Da Lat is also known for artichoke tea. But that's the whole little story too, that maybe I'll go into later.
