I think it called samphire in England (correct me if I am wrong), I once made a salad with asparagus and samphire which was Ottolenghi's recipe, it was absolutely delicious! Your one looks really appetizing too!

Hi @Brianne I've attached the link to the Horchata recipe on my blog. It's amazing. I use both almonds and brown rice.
