  • DietID_TeamDietitians Yep too much juice is not the best because juice brings al the sugar without fiber and excess water. It's still better than soda, but I wouldn't drink all your fruits and veggies 😊

Want fun water? Slice and freeze all your citrus on a baking sheet. Then store in a freezer bag. Pull out as you need! 👌🏻
