Baked tandoori chicken over greens - another speedy dinner!

Day 1/30: Eat Real Food Level IV Back on the real food challenge. This was another speedy dinner. Baked tandoori chicken with sautéed greens. Chicken was marinated in yogurt, tandoori spice, ginger, salt, and pepper. I broiled for 6 minutes then baked at 400 for another 10 minutes. The greens were sautéed with onions, jalapeño, bell pepper, cumin, chili, and crushed almonds.
