Sautéed broccoli, walnuts and Swiss chard pesto over buckwheat noodles. Total coincidence of timing with the walnut tutorial from @Simran ! I keep mine in the freezer. Not too long ago I learned that soaking them makes them easier to digest. You guys probably knew that!
