The Plaza Hotel
Layered Ricotta & Grape Tomato and Eggplant Caponata topped w/ Miners Lettuce & Sea Beans w/ Ramp Oil. Thanks to Dan from the Foraged Feast for turning me into those greens! #FoodRevolution

sugardetoxme Ramp oil?!

Picked up these beautiful oyster mushrooms at the market. Just in time for a Gorgonzola and Oyster Mushroom Risotto.
Union Square Greenmarket
These mushrooms are perfect for sautés, stews, and raw in salads - versatile little creatures of goodness!
