  • Brianne I discovered this from my own experimentation. I haven't done much 'calculation,' as suggested in the article, but I do try to swap in sugary snacks for more protein-dense snacks whenever possible.

Been 4 days since I'm off the 'no Added Sugar 'challenge , just wanted to get to the 30 day mark!
And I've still kept off sugar & not give in to my cravings.Hopefully the beginning of a new health...
