Need advice: good veg beef stew recipe?
I have tried (and failed) multiple times to create a good, beef and vegetable stew that is more veg than beef. Any tips from this expert community?

mrscorco @akhilg2002 yes, but I had made the ginger-scallion sauce ahead of time! Otherwise it was super fast to chop the mushrooms, throw in the ramen, bok choy and other ingredients!

How do the checks work?
Do I check-in every time I drink 1 glass of water? Why is there 6 options for the check in?

emmie I think there are multiple options so you don't have to check in multiple times if you've just drank a couple glasses glasses of water :)

OK, so I really don't like the taste of water unless it's like freezing water. What do I do?

ManyaModi It's okay to love freezing water even i do. You should drink around 3 litres of water everyday. Or if you are not a good 'water drinker' start with 1.5 litres everyday and drink 1 litre freezing...

bubblegem Well it depends on the amount of each maybe you could have 2 sandwiches and mix up the veggies on each one!
