  • annefood I've only had added sugar once in the last 4 weeks! I didn't eat sugar for years but @manfood derailed that. Back on the wagon!
  • JenniferEmilson I did it for six weeks once. And in reality I only missed it when baking. Once you don't have it, you find natural sweetness enough. Even cinnamon has a sweetness.
