  • DietID_TeamDietitians yes!! so many 'natural' products sneak in sweeteners. Definitely check the ingredient labels on the back of the package. The front of the package is all marketing =).
  • annefood Awesome @ingalls! Youā€™ll come to find that many companies slap ā€œnaturalā€ on the label for impact, when the word doesnā€™t actually have any meaning. Great catch!

Iā€™ve been craving salt lately. Is this related to not having added sugar? Is anyone else craving salt?? šŸ¤·šŸ»ā€ā™€ļø
  • annefood I do not believe that there is a nutritional correlation, but it could be that youā€™re reaching for salty snacks since sweet ones are off the menu. Or perhaps the heat?
