Day 2/3: Avoid Sweets, Dessert, and Candy Level II
brentreed13 It’s made harder because food isn’t as satisfying. Just waiting till I get past the sugar withdrawals hoping it won’t last much longer
meljg Keep going. It will pass. Fruit will start to taste very sweet to you, and you won’t miss the added sugars as much! Hang in there!!
Craving, tired, head feels unsatisfied. Withdrawals are getting worse, but the weird thing is I still feel a little sharper mentally and a little more in control.

treed8887 I know, I think I’ve been using sweets everyday to just get me through energy wise. Fruit substitutions have been alright so far.
