  • DietID_TeamDietitians How does it feel? What are you replacing meat with? My favorite meat replacements are mushrooms and jackfruit.
  • shezza I never tried jackfruit, I’m using soya mince for spaghetti Bol, chilli etc, quorn bacon rashers, bio life cheese(which I hate, looking for another option) soya milk.

Salt craving

I’ve been craving salt lately. Is this related to not having added sugar? Is anyone else craving salt?? 🤷🏻‍♀️
  • annefood I do not believe that there is a nutritional correlation, but it could be that you’re reaching for salty snacks since sweet ones are off the menu. Or perhaps the heat?
  • shmoozii I think you’re right. It’s a little weird is all.

  • ManyaModi It's okay to love freezing water even i do. You should drink around 3 litres of water everyday. Or if you are not a good 'water drinker' start with 1.5 litres everyday and drink 1 litre freezing...
