Had breakfast with a Noam, food change maker and founder of http://freshcornercafe.com an incredible food access org in downtown Detroit. I had this delicious strata full of local veggies at Avalon breads, a bakery committed to local sourcing, fair practices, & mouthwatering food. Line out the door!
