JenniferEmilson 10yr It really depends on how many plums you're cooking down, and how thick you like it. My pot started about 3/4 full of just plums, and I let them simmer for maybe 1-1.5 hours. Towards the end I added 3/4 cup coconut sugar, and spices to taste. You can taste along the way and adjust to how you like it. @gingerandchorizo -
