Crispy chickpea snack!

These couldn't be easier or more packed with protein. Simply rinse, drain and pat dry a 15 ounce can of chickpeas. Spread on a baking sheet, toss with a splash of olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Roast at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with more sea salt and serve.
