Spaghetti & Beetballs!
We got some beautiful Detroit dark red beets & Shiitake mushrooms in our CSA this week. So I decided to get creative and put a spin on the old dinner classic. Voila spaghetti and beet balls! ☺️ also sautéed the beet greens in a ragu sauce. I think next time I'm going to use spaghetti squash instead of pasta for the additional veg & to keep it gluten free 🤔. Certainly think this qualifies for the #FoodRevolution
