Cook your leek greens and make a veggie pasta!
Coolest #KitchenTip I learned yesterday at @Feedback #Feeding5000NYC event. The Chef at Egg said that you can boil your leek greens "like a pasta". Just separate them, rip them with your hands, make sure they are clean, and then boil them for 5-6 minutes in some salty water. Then saute them up quickly with a little garlic and salt. The act like a noodle! Super cool and can't wait to try myself. #FoodRevolution
