MrsXtina 10yr Mmmmm!!! Nopales are fantastic on tacos, and also with eggs for a nice veggie scramble! I'm so proud! You can do fajitas with them, too! Slice bell peppers, jalapeños, onions, and nopales (they size together quite nicely!), and season with cumin, garlic, salt, and a bit a cayenne! -
