Rather a two sided report. "A study suggests..." "Limited data..." Since he really can't find anything detrimental about pomegranates, other than the caveat for those on blood thinners to be aware of, why can't he embrace the positivity of the pomegranate? I really have issue with western medicine hesitating to support the natural wonders around us.

Yea I think it still mentions some good characteristics, all the more reason to eat more whole fruits
