garv @sugardetoxme it's fab & pure proteins. It is better to have a little to get the body used to it , prevents any allergic reaction. Try it in a smoothie sometime !

Brianne Somehow smoothie bowls are so much more satisfying than smoothies. Something about eating it with a spoon vs. a straw makes it more satisfying.

Another #kitchentip for rice! Use leftover rice to make a quiche crust. #nofoodwaste
Just mix with parmesan, egg white, salt and pepper. Pre bake for a bit to set the crust then fill with your favorite quiche combo. #FoodRevolution
