  • annefood That's awesome, Shannon! Zucchini and tomatoes are notoriously "wet" and are some of the more challenging for frittatas. Don't be afraid to get some color on the zucchini when you sauté it...

  • DietID_TeamDietitians Yep Anne is right with the wet veggies. Good frittata additions that don't make it too wet - any greens, mushrooms, broccoli, and potatoes are a nice addition for some starch
Love hard boiled eggs, but have a hard time taking the shell off. Any good tricks to share with me?

  • sugardetoxme Don't use fresh ones (unfortunately) and shock with cold water right after boiling.
  • sugardetoxme Also putting eggs in a closed Tupperware and shaking vigorously to shatter the shell works
