  • garv I think if governments all over back similar initiatives, it's certainly going to help solve malnutrition & hunger issues to some extent

  • JoanneG What's the detox? Just coconut water?? I've been very skeptical of juice cleanses because I read that you don't actually get all the nutrients you need. Thoughts from the community?
  • avitalsebbag It's a juicing detox. A three day retreat in the desert. No chewing only drinking smoothies clear juices soups all from organic veg and fruit ... We add coconut water as an extra
  • JoanneG oh wow! Does the 'no chewing' specifically help your body in some way? I'm so intrigued!

  • DietID_TeamDietitians stems included?
  • FarmerDave Greens, even if slightly wilted, work great in a stir fry. I'm glad you used them. They take a lot of work (and water) to grow, so I always cringe when I see someone throw them away.
  • munchiemummy @rachna If I can't use bits and ends of veggies, I save them to make vegetable stock or soups.
Lots of veg cut up for a Chinese chopped chicken salad tonight! 🌿🍴❀️ #healthy #salad
