For those of us who are omnivores, we might want to consider doing only Meat on Mondays vs. #MeatlessMondays. New large-scale study of 1.5 MM people shows that there is a 3.6-year increase in life expectancy for those on a vegetarian diet for more than 17 years, and that all-cause mortality is higher for those who eat meat. #EatLessMeat #Vegan #Veggie #FoodRevolution
