I had 3 assorted #wild mushrooms, a few leaves of #local spinach and a splash of white wine left in the bottom of a bottle. Combined with 1/2 of a leftover red onion, a clove of garlic, and some herbs from the windowsill, and voila! Lunch is served. #NoFoodWaste
