  • darkchocolatepeanutbutter I've always wanted to go there! Looks amazing. Hu serves paleo food which I like to eat when I don't want any grains. It's on 5th Ave between 13th and 14th St.

  • NehaNBB I agree @etsummer - the 'bleeding' message is really off-putting, and I eat mean occasionally. It must be targeted to heavy meat eaters.

  • RahulRaRa I came upon the Chinese dietary guidelines when they were first released, and was so surprised to see this. I guess a strong government like China's has some benefits =)
