Salt craving
I’ve been craving salt lately. Is this related to not having added sugar? Is anyone else craving salt?? 🤷🏻♀️

This sounds good, but are these big food companies just creating more of the same junk, but with other plants instead of corn/wheat? Like all the processed almond milks have Carrageenan.

lauren I keep my water bottle on me at all times! I think I read somewhere that when we crave salty snacks, we actually need water and could be dehydrated

emmie Eating snacks isn't necessarily bad for you- as long as they are healthy and a small size. :)

DietID_TeamDietitians For late night snacking, I get a cup of herbal tea instead so it fulfills my craving to consume something flavorful, makes me feel warm, but doesn't have caffeine so I won't stay up too late.
