darkchocolatepeanutbutter I tend to underestimate the magic of herbs and spices. I love to add cumin to beans for the flavor and also to reduce bloating.
-
emeyerl What is the benefit of cardamom?
-
darkchocolatepeanutbutter @emeyerl The author says that cardamom is supposed to help the gastrointestinal tract (or the digestive system) with digestion and it decreases flatulence and stomach cramps.
More quick lunch inspiration!
Leftover chicken (organic) + steamed sweet potato & kale + black olives + apple cider vinegar & herbs of choice = 15 minutes & a totally delicious, healthy lunch
-
emeyerl Never tired it so I am curious, why steamed sweet potato? Preferred over roasted?
-
marynfulton2 @emeyerl I chose steamed potatoes in this case, because it was quick to do in the same pan. I was able to through in the kale, chicken, and olives towards the end and have a meal ready to go in...
-
emeyerl Awesome thanks!! I have never tried it before but seems easy and delicious
