Juice!! Good or bad!?
I kw that fruit juice is not the best option, cuz it's fiber free and full of sugar.. So how about detox and healthy juices which contain fruits and vegetables?? Is it good or still bad cuz it's ...
Need advice: good veg beef stew recipe?
I have tried (and failed) multiple times to create a good, beef and vegetable stew that is more veg than beef. Any tips from this expert community?

annefood Hey @MargaretG - I was a vegetarian for many years and haven't made beef stew since I've returned to the land of the meat eaters ;) But I would bet that an Ina Garten recipe would be a good place...

Radwa Skim milk can act as a lighter alternative to milk when you want to use a lot of it.

annefood Hey Monica101 ! So sorry to hear you are sick. Was the orange juice 100% fruit juice? It so, then it doesn't have any added sugar and you don't need to take a free pass. We recommend drinking juice...

Correct, fruit juice and fruit + veg juice both have the sugar problem. 100% veg juice doesn't have the sugar problem, but we do need fiber in our diets, so if you do choose to drink veggie juice...
