Well, stuff my apples! And pears. Hot Italian sausage filled apples and pears roasted in butter, white wine and sage. It could be an appetizer, but add a salad and it's dinner! #laterstand

JenniferEmilson Hi Rachna! The actual recipe is in the Buvette cookbook. Not that it's too hard to fake! I love the contrast of the spice against the creamy sweetness of the roasted fruit 😋

Anniversary Breakfast. Chestnut crepes filled with orange and Campari marmalade. Leftover oranges got the heck squeezed out of them for juice!

Pre-Anniversary dinner at the Rosewater, downtown Toronto. Who says we can't start celebrating two days early 😉😄 Seared duck breast with blueberry coulis with duck confit pot pie.
