Homemade chicken noodle soup. All local ingredients (except the EVOO)
This probably doesn't look like a big deal but I didn't even know normal people could make soup until I was 25. All my soup was from cans or at restaurants that also made their soup from cans. #ilovelocal

I have tried (and failed) multiple times to create a good, beef and vegetable stew that is more veg than beef. Any tips from this expert community?

annefood Hey @MargaretG - I was a vegetarian for many years and haven't made beef stew since I've returned to the land of the meat eaters ;) But I would bet that an Ina Garten recipe would be a good place...
