Since @Rachna mentioned jaggery, here's a crumbled murmura (rice puff) brittle called chikki. Add as a crunch to desserts, or snack on its own.
Asparagus and baby potato "poha" (flattened rice). Vegan, gluten-free & nut-free.
Millet & Chicken Biryani - homemade, healthy, glutenfree and (if I may say so myself) pretty darn delicious.
Cumin Pulao + Homemade Cottage Cheese (Paneer) Korma. Glutenfree comfort food at its best!
