Savory pancakes? What did you put in them? These look scrumptious!

I was able to get some fresh herbs at Fairway last night that I can't always find fresh (savory and lemon thyme) and added those wit rosemary and tarragon. I used Mark Bittman's "Everyday Pancakes" recipe and omitted the sugar, changed the salt to truffled salt and the milk for buttermilk. I also added green onion sliced super thin. I used duck fat to cook them (not a lot as I cooked in a non-stick pan). Then I drizzled a tiny amount of maple syrup (maybe a couple tablespoons) and topped them with chili garlic sauce. They were soooo good. Definitely going to make this again sometime.

I have. I'm going to continue with this challenge. It really makes you conscientious of what you are doing while eating. This is the one time I have to learn not to try and multitask. I do better...

@JadeDaRu this is awesome. Yep, oftentimes when we are distracted, we tend to eat more and don't enjoy it as much. Keep it going!
