Curry leftovers? Make a Thali!

Curry bowls usually come in copious sizes. And I'm all about variety in food. So I often use bits of leftovers to create a mix & match Thali. A Thali is a popular way to eat food in India, and consists of a variety of curries and stir fries + bread/rice + dessert a.k.a A complete meal. Not only is it delicious, but it also provides portion control and prevents you from eating more than you ought to - which in my opinion is the biggest reason why indian food is deemed unhealthy. Moderation is key my friends!
