The secret to oil-free roasted potatoes

After you peel and cube the potatoes, soak them in cold water for about 30 minutes. That's the secret! The soaking makes the potatoes crisp up better, with or without oil.

Daily harvest smoothie - this one was spectacular

Banana, parsnip, almond, dark chocolate, cashew, and flax seed. Not all the shakes are this delicious but this one really hit the spot!

reneeeats Yes this definitely hit the spot! Can’t say this is an affordable long term solution but it’s a great way to fill in gaps during busy weeks and also get tested recipe inspiration.
