KarrieKimble They're not LOSADA grown olives but we have this variety. I only wish we received beautifully cured olives when we sit down for a drink in the states!

Progress - a light warning sign on a soda machine in a medical center.
The sign says to avoid soda, drink diet soda and fruit juices occasionally, and drink plenty of water. Next step is to get this soda machine out of a health care building!

JenniferEmilson If you read the food labels, the lower the fat content on dairy, yogurt etc, the higher sugar content tends to be. Glad you posted this Udi. A pet peeve of mine!

darkchocolatepeanutbutter Thank you for this! I'm surprised that people still demonize all fats but the key is satiety. The lower the fat, the less satisfied we are, and the more we eat.
