  • Brianne I like to toss in some bananas and nuts for added texture. I took me a couple tries to get used to the texture of chia seeds, but now I love it.

  • DietID_TeamDietitians Yep too much juice is not the best because juice brings al the sugar without fiber and excess water. It's still better than soda, but I wouldn't drink all your fruits and veggies 😊
