  • lauren I keep my water bottle on me at all times! I think I read somewhere that when we crave salty snacks, we actually need water and could be dehydrated
  • emmie Eating snacks isn't necessarily bad for you- as long as they are healthy and a small size. :)
  • DietID_TeamDietitians For late night snacking, I get a cup of herbal tea instead so it fulfills my craving to consume something flavorful, makes me feel warm, but doesn't have caffeine so I won't stay up too late.

  • DietID_TeamDietitians definitely!! Plain yogurt with fruit is a delicious dessert. I keep dates in my pantry for yogurt because they don't go bad if stored in an air tight container.
