brentreed13 It’s made harder because food isn’t as satisfying. Just waiting till I get past the sugar withdrawals hoping it won’t last much longer

meljg Keep going. It will pass. Fruit will start to taste very sweet to you, and you won’t miss the added sugars as much! Hang in there!!
