Day 3/30: Avoid Sugar at Breakfast Level IV
Mashed up leftover cauliflower and mushrooms from dinner last night to make a veggie-packed toast with sprouted grain bread. + hot sauce - obviously :)

DietID_TeamDietitians I usually get Ezekiel spelt from the grocery store when I can't get to the farmers market. Otherwise, a guy sells the best loaves at the market- no label or anything so I don't think he has a brand...
