Can I do anything with leftover tomato skins?
Made a big batch of tomato sauce & paste from some late-season San Marzano tomatoes, but now have this big bowl of skins!
This happened when bananas were overripe- banana bread with poppyseed, chocolate, and pecan. #nofoodwaste
