Had my daughter
I’ve been privileged to be eating hospital food. I don’t know if that counts as take out but just playing it safe. Wyatt loves his little sister.

Fruit during sugar detox
Is there a limit on how much fruit you can/should eat during the no sugar challenge? I know it specifically targets added sugars.
