  • RahulRaRa I love chikoo!
  • etsummer This is so great. I've never heard of chickoo; makes me think about what other, similar fruits and veggies are out there that would benefit from this kind of thing.
  • garv @etsummer Chickoo also grows / originated from Mexico. Haven't tried the cider yet , but it sure makes a wholesome milkshake. I've seen it in Florida , when I was there...

  • lauren I'm obsessed with spaghetti squash!!
  • LaurieAWatkins @Lauren It is a miracle veggie for people who eat mostly Paleo. I love it too!
  • mirasingh I've made a quiche with spaghetti squash, and it adds a nice texture. It's more filling, but actually lighter than all egg. Great recipe.

  • sugardetoxme yes, and maybe veggies before fruits!
  • etsummer This is great! My mom made all of my brother and my baby food with all types of fruits and veggies and swears it's why we're healthy and adventurous eaters ;)
  • munchiemummy @etsummer that's the plan! @sugardetoxme we know she loves fruit, so when in doubt, we blend a little bit in! But sweet potatoes are still her favourite!
