Yuba (aka tofu skin) is a delicious substitute to meat products and pack full with protein. If you love tofu, you will love Yuba, even if you don't like tofu, you will still like Yuba :)
Breakfast can be so easy and healthy! Mash half an avocado on gf or wholegrain rolls and sprinkle with Togarashi or other chili powder.
