jaimejin I make these too! Sometimes I use the larger muffin pans and put shredded potatoes in the bottom, add veg and then crack and egg on top and bake – it's a birds nest!
This new pizza joint in NJ boasts organic local flour, local veggies, and the most perfectly crispy/soft bread ever. And plently of gluten-free options available.
