shannonvittoria 10yr @JenniferEmilson do you have a good recipe for quinoa flour sopes? These arepas are so easy: masarepa, water, salt formed into "cakes" and cooked in olive oil in a pan. -
JenniferEmilson 10yr Haha- not much different from the sopes! I will try the recipe from One Ingredient Chef, Homemade Sopes this eve. Will tell you if my replacements work. Won't recommend it till I've actually made them

annefood That's awesome, Shannon! Zucchini and tomatoes are notoriously "wet" and are some of the more challenging for frittatas. Don't be afraid to get some color on the zucchini when you sauté it...

DietID_TeamDietitians Yep Anne is right with the wet veggies. Good frittata additions that don't make it too wet - any greens, mushrooms, broccoli, and potatoes are a nice addition for some starch
