gingerandchorizo 10yr @JenniferEmilson it is a type of Chinese green, dark green leaves with white stems, I love baby Pak choi, they are the best!! There is also another type which has similar shape but the whole vegetable is green. I am sure you can buy them in Asian stores where you are!
