Finally made Indian food... Happy Easter! My fav Indian gravy is the easiest - tomatoes And onion Cooked down with bay leaf And then blended. You can add whatever you want, but I added portabella mushrooms And green bell pepper. Topped with a cabbage slaw and quinoa. Happy Sunday y'all @akhilg2002
